Agreement to Terms

By using the services of OpenStone New Haven Artificial Grass, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Our Services

We provide artificial grass installation, maintenance, and related services for residential, commercial, and specialty applications in New Haven, CT and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of project feasibility.

We strive to provide accurate estimates and timelines, but actual costs and completion dates may vary based on site conditions, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after our team completes a site inspection and discovers conditions that were not initially disclosed or visible. We will notify you of any price adjustments before proceeding with work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Material costs and availability may change, affecting the final price if you accept a quote after this period.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as allowed by Connecticut state law. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where services were performed.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in cancellation fees to cover materials already ordered and crew scheduling.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered for your specific project. If you cancel before material orders are placed, we will refund your deposit minus a small administrative fee.

Warranties

We stand behind our work. Our installation services come with a workmanship warranty, and the artificial grass products we install typically include manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, natural disasters, or modifications made by anyone other than our authorized team.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and clear access to the work area. This includes removing any obstacles, securing pets, and informing us of any underground utilities or hidden hazards.

You must obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals before we begin work. If permits are required and not obtained, you may be responsible for any fines or required removal of the installation.

Liability

While we carry insurance and take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, concealed defects in your property, or damage to underground utilities not properly marked by the appropriate utility companies.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.
